Returns and Shipping Policy

Shipping

We know how quick you want to get your items so barring any unforeseen circumstances (eg weather, postal problems), items are processed and shipped out the within 2 business days. In some cases, items may be shipped out the very day the order is placed! 

We typically ship out via USPS priority mail or UPS and usually, the item should be with you within 2 to 5 business days! Again, the caveat is that there are no unforeseen circumstances such as weather issues or post office delays.

Be Maraki is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and delivery policy.

Returns

In an absolutely PERFECT world, you'd LOVE all our stuff and never EVER need to return a thing but as they say, ish happens! So we would like you to keep the following in mind should you ever need to return something:

  • We accept returns postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. Please note that we do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
  • Refunds are only issued in the form of store credit. 
  • Got the wrong size? We will gladly exchange and send you the right size! Just ensure items are sent back to us within 10 days of delivery date and the item is not damaged in any way. You will be responsible for shipping back to us (make sure you get a tracking number as proof the item went out) but we will not charge you to ship the correct size over to you!
  • Returns must be received in it's original condition; unworn, undamaged unwashed, and with tags and/ or hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, damage makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
